Is there a minimum order quantity? +
No minimums on most services. We happily do single-item orders all the way up to large bulk runs. Pricing per piece improves with quantity, but one is always welcome.
What file format should I send for my design? +
Vector files (SVG, AI, EPS, PDF) are ideal. High-resolution PNG or JPG also work well. If you only have a low-res image or just a concept, we can help recreate or clean up your artwork — just ask.
Do you ship, or is it local pickup only? +
Both! You can pick up locally in Katy, TX, or we can ship your order anywhere in the US. Shipping cost is calculated based on order size and destination.
