How Hat Stitch Came to Be
Hat Stitch was founded in 2022 right here in Katy, Texas with a simple belief: every business, team, and individual deserves access to high-quality custom apparel and engraving — without the big-brand runaround, minimum order headaches, or weeks-long wait times.
What started as a passion for precision craftsmanship quickly grew into a full-service shop offering custom embroidery, UV leather patches, PVC patches, DTF and DTG printing, sublimation, CO₂ laser engraving, and fiber laser engraving on metal. Every service under one roof, handled in-house from start to finish.
We work with local businesses, sports teams, schools, event planners, and individuals across Katy, Houston, Sugar Land, Cypress, and beyond. Whether it's a single personalized gift or a 500-piece corporate order, every piece gets the same care and attention to detail.
